What is a cardboard boat regatta, you ask? It is a boat race, pure and simple... oh, and the boats are made of cardboard. 2- and 4-man teams will paddle a 200-yard course and the fastest boat will win! Sounds easy and fun, right? It will be and we want you to bring your family along. We will have several age divisions as well as a parent/child division.

All participants must have registration forms and fees submitted by September 1, 2011.

All participants must also have waiver and release forms submitted by September 1, 2011. Participants 18 years and older must complete the adult waiver and release forms. Participants younger than 18 must have minor waiver and release forms completed by a parent or guardian.

Beneficiary
The purpose of the Ina-Goda-Regatta Cardboard Boat Regatta is to raise awareness and funds for local not-for-profits.

This year, The Home Manager, Inc. has chosen First Choice for Women to be the beneficiary of proceeds from the Inaugural Ina-Goda-Regatta Cardboard Boat Regatta.

First Choice for Women is a pregnancy crisis center located in Muncie, IN which has been serving our community for the last 25 years. The center provides a wide array of free services from counseling young parents about nutrition, safety and growth stages to providing free pregnancy tests.
